Updating an Important Community Resource
Derry Township asked CCM to provide contract administration and construction oversight for planned renovations to the Hershey Public Library. The project creates a second entrance closer to the parking area and opens up interior spaces to improve function and make the library more transparent and inviting. CCM is coordinating with the contractor to develop a phasing plan that will allow the library to remain open through most of the work. The renovations are being delivered as a four prime public bid project with the help of a grant from the state.
