Celebrating Local Connections to Our Nation’s History
CCM provided owner’s representation for the construction of a permanent, public outdoor art installation in York, PA. The engaging contemporary sculpture interprets historical events unique to York and celebrates the Articles of Confederation and the decisions made by the Second Continental Congress in the Fall of 1777. It is located across from the entrance of the York County History Center where pedestrians can easily access the installation along the Codorus Creek.
