Restoring an Iconic Community Theatre
The Appell Center for the Performing Arts’ Capitol Theater will undergo a $1.5 million renovation during the summer of 2018. Capital Construction Management serves the Board of Directors as its owner’s representative to manage the bidding and construction phases of the project. CCM has been tasked with compliance monitoring as well as oversight of the master schedule and project budget. Our staff was also responsible for the preparation and administration of the request for proposal process to select a contractor. CCM oversight during the construction phase will ensure the Board’s fiduciary and legal compliance is met while achieving the overall vision for the project.
