Overseeing a Range of Capital Improvement Projects
CCM’s service to Penn State Health St. Joseph has included oversight of a variety of significant projects at their Downtown campus in Reading, PA. Our staff provided leadership for several large, complex projects, including a Diesel Fire Pump Replacement, Fire Alarm Upgrade, and a Wound Care renovation project (Healogics) that included the replacement of bariatric chambers. Other project management work by CCM involved passenger elevator upgrades, glass replacement for the Sky Bridge, and mechanical system improvements, including a Distributed Antenna system, bridge A/C replacement, 30-ton AHU Replacement, and Water Pump VFD Starters.
