Gregory J. Koussis, LEED AP

Greg founded Capital Construction Management in 2005. He has worked in the construction industry for more than 30 years, and his experience spans all aspects of construction management, general construction and design/build project delivery. He began his career with one of the largest construction management firms in the country, and has worked for a number of regional contractors since. In his current role, Greg acts primarily as an owner’s representative and is extensively involved in all phases of project development and delivery. He offers expertise in estimating, preconstruction, design professional and contractor selection, contract negotiation as well as construction administration. Repeat customers are the best reference available. His commitment to successful project delivery has created strong and lasting relationships with owners.

Matt Twomey

With more than 35 years of experience in the construction industry, Matt has held a variety of project management and leadership positions for discriminating clients. After earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, Matt has worked in the construction industry leading project teams and serving in executive roles for companies helping them achieve their goals.

In his role as a Project Executive for Capital Construction Management, Matt provides construction industry consulting services in preconstruction, operations, and business development disciplines. He represents Owners throughout project development and execution. His CCM clients include The Hershey Trust Company, Hershey Entertainment & Resorts, Lebanon Valley College, Mount St. Mary’s University, and Infinity Charter School.

Dana Klinepeter

Dana is a proven project management professional with 25+ years of construction industry experience. She has led the design and development of complex projects throughout Pennsylvania, from inception through design, final construction, and owner occupancy. Specific areas of expertise include capital planning, project and facility management, team development/selection, design, budgeting, construction management and coordination of owner FFE activities.

Having served as a Facilities Leader for large healthcare systems for more than 20 years, Dana understands the Owner’s perspective on capital planning and project execution. Her previous work includes many successful high-profile projects for UPMC West Shore Hospital, UPMC Hillman Cancer Center, and Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health, including their first-of-its-kind Proton Therapy Facility at the Ann B. Barshinger Health Center Institute.
