Successfully Managing Multiple Prime Contractors
The Devon Seafood Grill’s concept is to deliver the highest quality seafood from catch to plate in no more than 72 hours. The entire project embodied this focus on high quality. Capital Construction Management was hired as the owner’s representative for this multiple prime project. The Architect, located in California, relied heavily upon our on site management of the project team to ensure that their vision and compliance to the prototypical design was accomplished in this renovation. The mechanical and electrical engineering and construction were completed using separate design-build contracts, while the general trades work was completed through a general contractor. CCM was responsible for managing the entire project team. We provided purchasing and expediting services for the FF&E and OS&E through the start-up and commissioning of the restaurant.
