Envisioning a New Place to Live, Work and Shop
The Hershey West End project is a new mixed-use commercial and residential neighborhood near the Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center. Capital Construction Management has been engaged as the owner’s representative and program manager throughout the development cycle as the project moves from master plan approval to implementation. This multi-phased project will be developed over a period of 10 – 15 years utilizing traditional town planning and Smart Growth land use principles. A measured approach to development will mitigate risks by allowing for adjustments to changing economic conditions.
