State-of-the-art Headquarters Created in Less Than One Year
After purchasing two buildings formerly owned by Tyco Electronics, D&H turned to CCM to help them design and renovate 250,000 square feet of office space under a very aggressive timeline of less than one year. We assisted with architect and contractor selection and delivered the project on time using a CM at risk for the General Contractor and a design-build approach for mechanical/electrical work. This complex project involved the creation of a Data Center that needed to be fully tested and operational 3 months prior to staff move-in.
