Phased Improvements Serve Special Needs Students
The Vista School is a specialized educational environment for students on the autism spectrum. CCM oversaw two different phases of renovations to an existing campus of four separate buildings and the construction of a new aquatic center. The renovations converted buildings that were designed as residential/educational spaces to accommodate the specialized program needs of the Vista School. The project used an integrated project delivery approach to complete the transformation.
