Open-End Project Management Contract

CCM provides project management services for Penn State Health projects on an ongoing basis at their St. Joseph Medical Center campus. We help with planning, program development, professional selections, project management, preconstruction services, design oversight, contract administration, commissioning, and project close-out. Recent projects have included renovations of Cath Lab #3, MRI #2, the Decontamination Department, and the Bariatric Unit. We also oversaw renovations to ORs 1-8 with updated equipment and technology, a Cancer Center Expansion project, and a variety of MEP upgrades.
