Helping LVC Deliver High Quality Capital Projects
With 53 buildings on more than 357 acres, Lebanon Valley College’s Facilities Services staff are charged with ensuring that campus facilities deliver the high quality educational environment for which the College is well recognized. Capital Construction Management supplements the College’s staff to assist with ongoing construction projects as well as the planning and design of new facilities. CCM is responsible for all capital building projects, coordinating master planning, capital expenditures, design professional selection, contractor selection, and project execution. Our recent work includes the $22 million Arnold Health Professions Pavilion delivered on time for the Fall 2018 semester with savings of over $200,000. In 2020, we oversaw the construction of a new $5 million Campus Pedestrian Bridge along with multiple deferred maintenance projects.
