Derry Township asked CCM to provide contract administration and construction oversight for renovations
to the Hershey Public Library. The project created a second entrance closer to the parking area and
opened up interior spaces to improve function and make the library more transparent and inviting. CCM
coordinated with the contractor to develop a phasing plan that allowed the library to remain open
through most of the work. The renovations were delivered as a four prime public bid project with the help
of a grant from the state.
