New Recreation Facilities for a Growing Community

Serving as the owner’s representative, CCM is assisting Derry Township in planning and constructing a new 87,000-square-foot Community Center to replace its outdated 1960s era facility. The new Center will feature a gymnasium, a senior center, child care area, multipurpose rooms, flexible fitness/exercise program areas, and both indoor and outdoor competition pools. Mount St. Mary’s hired CCM in January of 2018 to facilitate the renovation of 39 Student Apartments at Keelty Towers. The project needed to be completed by the Fall semester.
