Serving as the owner’s representative, CCM is assisting Derry Township in planning and constructing a new 87,000-square-foot Community Center to replace its outdated 1960s era facility. The new Center will feature a gymnasium, a senior center, child care area, multipurpose rooms, flexible fitness/exercise program areas, and both indoor and outdoor competition pools.
