Milton Hershey School Staff Augmentation

As the Milton Hershey School expands to provide more children from low income families with a high-quality, cost-free education, its campus must also grow to meet the residential and academic needs of an increased number of students. Capital Construction Management provides supplemental staffing to support the school’s busy facilities personnel. As a Preconstruction/Construction Manager, CCM solicits and assembles architectural and engineering teams for upcoming projects and determines scope and costs for budget approvals. Our expert staff also reviews schematic, design development, and construction documents for compliance, accuracy and scope adherence.
