New Recreation Facilities for a Growing Community
Serving as the owner’s representative, CCM is assisting Derry Township in planning and constructing a new 87,000-square-foot Community Center to replace its outdated 1960s era facility. The new Center will feature a gymnasium, a senior center, child care area, multipurpose rooms, flexible fitness/exercise program areas, and both indoor and outdoor competition pools. CCM provided cost estimates and due diligence reviews during the feasibility study phase and worked closely with architects to identify programmatic options, evaluate costs and develop recommendations for Township decision-makers.
