York County History Center

The York County History Center, slated to open in 2020, will anchor the city’s existing history campus and serve as a major cultural and community resource in downtown York. Appell Center For The Performing Arts

The Appell Center for the Performing Arts’ Capitol Theater will undergo a $1.5 million renovation during the summer of 2018. Capital Construction Management serves the Board of Directors as its owner’s representative to manage the bidding and construction phases of the project. CCM has been tasked with compliance monitoring as well as oversight of the master schedule and project budget. Derry Township Community Center

Serving as the owner’s representative, CCM is assisting Derry Township in planning and constructing a new 87,000-square-foot Community Center to replace its outdated 1960s era facility. The new Center will feature a gymnasium, a senior center, child care area, multipurpose rooms, flexible fitness/exercise program areas, and both indoor and outdoor competition pools. Milton and Catherine Hershey Conservatory at the Hershey Gardens

As the program manager for a new 17,000 square foot conservatory, horticultural hall and butterfly atrium, Capital Construction Management provided guidance throughout the feasibility study, design professional selections, all phases of design, contractor selection and construction phases of the project. The Hershey Story Museum

Capital Construction Management was hired as part of the owner’s team to assist The Milton S. Hershey Foundation with construction of The Hershey Story Museum. This project was the first monumental building to be built in downtown Hershey in the past 75 years. Hershey Links Club House

Capital Construction Management was engaged as the owners representative for the construction of this LEED-certified clubhouse / restaurant. We were responsible for managing the project team that included an architect, civil engineer, and contractor, who in turn engaged mechanical and electrical contractors with design-build responsibilities.
