CCM was hired in the early stages of schematic design as the overall program manager for the renovation of this historic structure involving many different community stakeholders. Using an integrated project delivery approach, we built consensus around a design that reduced scope creep and kept the project within its $7 million budget while meeting the group’s shared goals. As the program manager for a new 17,000 square foot conservatory, horticultural hall and butterfly atrium, Capital Construction Management provided guidance throughout the feasibility study, design professional selections, all phases of design, contractor selection and construction phases of the project. After outgrowing their original Harrisburg, PA, location, Tröegs Brewery elected to convert a former Hershey Company warehouse/manufacturing facility into their new state-of-the-art brewery. CCM was hired by the landlord as the owner’s representative to oversee the tenant improvements during the conversion. Houlihan’s Restaurant & Bar

Capital Construction Management acted as the owner’s representative for this multiple prime project delivery. The mechanical and electrical engineering and construction was completed using a design-build contract, while the general trades work was completed through a general contractor. Capital Construction Management was engaged as the owners representative for the construction of this LEED-certified clubhouse / restaurant. We were responsible for managing the project team that included an architect, civil engineer, and contractor, who in turn engaged mechanical and electrical contractors with design-build responsibilities.
