Lancaster Marriott at Penn Square and Lancaster County Convention Center

Capital Construction Management represented Penn Square Partners in the construction of the $178 million convention center complex in downtown Lancaster that includes a 300-room, full-service Marriott hotel and 90,000 square feet of combined meeting and convention space. CCM provided full-time on-site representation to oversee daily activities of multiple prime contractors and the construction manager throughout the construction, fit-out, move-in, and opening of the facility in 2009.… read more.

The Devon Seafood Grill’s concept is to deliver the highest quality seafood from catch to plate in no more than 72 hours. The entire project embodied this focus on high quality. Tröegs Brewery

After outgrowing their original Harrisburg, PA, location, Tröegs Brewery elected to convert a former Hershey Company warehouse/manufacturing facility into their new state-of-the-art brewery. CCM was hired by the landlord as the owner’s representative to oversee the tenant improvements during the conversion. Houlihan’s Restaurant & Bar

Capital Construction Management acted as the owner’s representative for this multiple prime project delivery. The mechanical and electrical engineering and construction was completed using a design-build contract, while the general trades work was completed through a general contractor. Our responsibility was to ensure that the entire project team remained coordinated, on schedule, and on budget. Hershey Press Building

The Hershey Press Building was built in 1916 by Milton Hershey to house the printing presses for his chocolate company. Over the years, it was adapted for many uses, last serving as a department store before it was vacated.
